Our first time in this Wendy 2 years ago and I would have given them zero stars. The people who worked there simply did not want to work, locked with the doors 2 hours before closing and absolutely forever in the ride thru, even if there is only one person in the line...! This means that we have recently gone back and things have improved considerably. It did not go in (COVID-19) and there was a person before us in the drive thru, but it was fast, efficient, and our order was right. The galle that took our order was not excessively friendly, but it was also not super rude or something. Try again a day earlier than a two-year period before returning.
We ordered a jalapeno sharp chicken sandwich at Wendy's. It is a big sandwich, and heat lovers will enjoy. For me, Jalapeno exaggerates the taste of the sandwich. But overall it is a delicious sandwich.
It took a few minutes, but my food was hot and fresh... I gave them 3 stars because it takes a bit to get your food and if they have more than a few cars in the ride through you can say that there is a kind of roaring them. My recent visit was the 3rd. Car in the line and when I came to the loudspeaker, a.line was on the road. The guy asked me if I wanted to do something else and sent my order through before I had a chance to answer so he had to give me in the window as a whole. Then my drink was only about 3/4-2/3 full. Not my best experience with this place.
For the second time in a row they failed to make the food correctly. The food as displayed on the menu, as in leaving things off of the burger that made the burger that particular menu item. For example, the number 7 comes with BBQ, onion straws and cheese along with your patty number of choice and bun. The last time they only did the cheese and burger and that was it. This time they managed to get some bbq on, but completely left off the onion straws. This time we asked them to correct it. We recieved immense attitude despite being polite, they acted as though this was some sort of HUGE inconvenience, you know, to make the burger the way it is supposed to be, and when they gave it back, they basically tossed it and the employee rolled her eyes at us. Because we simply wanted what was ordered. It should not be that hard to get what is displayed on the menu. Once ok, but twice? The burger just really does not have that many components. The fries are also very sub par, being very overcooked and hard, despite the time being at noon and they should have been at least close to fresh. They neglected to give us our receipt for the order, which, had we have gotten it, I would have attached the number and reached out through that as well. But, I can't because they didn't give it to us. I'm pretty sure there's a policy regarding getting your receipt if I'm not mistaken, or at least offering it to us, and even after asking we did not get it. However, we were there at 1205 on Sunday August 16th. Very disappointing, yet again. It was not a rush time, we were one of 2 vehicles in the drive thru at the time, they were not slammed, nor did they appear short on employees based on the number of people going around in the back and the number of people who apparently had to handle to burger to get it right. Which looked to be at least 4, which seems incredibly unnecessary, which is a bit concerning with all this covid stuff going around. Honestly they could have given me the missing components of my food and I would have fixed it myself, but instead they took it back, refused to let me in despite advertised lobby hours, and made me wait outside for them to give me my food back after arguing about what should be on it yet again.
