Chez Colette - Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne

I visited friends this month. I met Colette in the afternoon when she wrote the night specialties on the table in front of the restaurant. She offered us a vegetarian dinner. It was fresh, tasteful and delicious! Colette is a pleasure. I... recommend this restaurant

Small restaurant, just the cook and his wife. Limited menu which apperently changes almost daily) for 24 EUR. Nice little wine list. Food was very good dessert a little less, was not very innovative). Friendly host. Very nice experience for the price.

We came to this restaurant because of the good revieuws but it dissapoited a bit. The starter was very good (tartare du tomate) and very refreshing in 37 degr. Them my and my partner took the tagliatelle with mushroomsauce and chilcken wich was very good...but my parents took the fish with courgette sallad but the fish was coocked to death. The dessert was a lemmon sorbet. Over all it was a very frendly lady hwo served us, only pitty for the fish.

Chez Colette is a really nice place, the hostess is really friendly and makes you feel at home. The place is really simple and has a really 'chill ' french vibe. We had a really good lunch with a wonderfull salad and after some really good...cheese. Definitely worth the visit when you are in the area!

What a delightful evening we had at Chez Collette. Great fresh food, excellent service, very good value for money and lovely hostess in a cozy environment. We highly recommend it and will return when next in the area.
