It was good to see a vegetarian place in ToledoThis place is close to cathedral and we came here just as they were opening for lunch.

Of all the cities I visited in Spain, I did the least research on Toledo.

Walked towards the harbour to fine somewhere to eat and saw a sign for this restaurant. Very friendly, drinks reasonably priced for the area and staff able to speak English very well. Free popadoms & chutneys added to table before the order, very nice too. Food was delicious... I had chicken tikka and it was perfect. Will definitely return. Thank you

Now that summer's back, and with it the outdoor seating adjacent to the 'working' bit of the port of Beaulieu, I'm a happy customer. This is a place to enjoy in the evening sunshine, outside, rather than within the rather cramped confines of the interior.The rest of my family live full-time in Beaulieu, but I can only visit when my other commitments allow. However, whenever I turn up (maybe once a month), the owner/waiter instantly appears with a very warm and genuine welcome, hastily followed by our very specific drinks preference. No ordering necessary on that count.It's rare you're made to feel 'at home' on the Cote d'Azur no matter how often you visit a place. But here we are made to feel like family and love it. The food's pretty simple stuff, but well prepared and seasoned, and for those of us who can't abide the French take on Indian cuisine (bland, tasteless and no heat), they'll pep it up as much as you like to suit your taste. Value for money is excellent, parking abundant (and free), and the location is so much better than the over-rated, glitzy, pricey other end of the port where you'll spend €8 on a bottle of tap water to go with your €45 burger.I've only used the takeaway delivery service once, but that worked well too, and I shall be visiting again just as soon as the wife relents. Diets? Who needs them! Table booked for this Wednesday straight off my flight...
