At a table near the entrance, there was a man who appeared homeless, just sitting quietly. I asked a female employee if she thought he might be hungry, and she said she wasn’t sure but would check with him. She approached him, called him by name, and asked if he was hungry; he confirmed that he was. I then encouraged her to let him know he could order anything he wanted. Both he and I ended up paying for our meals. What truly stood out to me was the compassion the staff showed towards this stranger. It was heartwarming to witness. When the employee handed him a large plastic cup for his drink, I heard her tell him to keep it and to feel free to come back anytime for something to drink if he needed it. The majority of the staff were African American, while the homeless man was Caucasian, but there was nothing but kindness and concern exchanged between them, which really warmed my heart. I want to express my gratitude to the cashiers and staff for their friendly and compassionate treatment, showing that kindness transcends race. Though I don't live in the area, I occasionally work here and will definitely return, especially since the burger was also excellent!

Fantastic! The young lady at the checkout has a wonderful personality. She delivered our food, checked in on us, and even offered to bring us refills! Despite several tables in the restaurant, she managed to care for all of them. Great experience overall!

First of all, I have to say that the staff was incredibly enthusiastic. It was also great to see that they were busy, which is a good sign. The food was delightful, and the sweet tea was fantastic! The dishes tended to be on the richer side, but that's to be expected. Keep up the great work, team!

Service was good and fast, but the food was just okay. The double cheeseburger with everything had only a tiny piece of onion and a piece of tomatoes only around the size of a quarter; absolutely nothing like the pictures. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, but the baked chicken patty too thin, only about 1/4 inches thick.

As for fast food burgers, Carl's in my opinion is the best. My latest visit was... ok. The food is always pretty good and the helping sizes are always large. I did sit in the drive through for an unusually long time but when I got my food the server apologized for the wait and explained they were cooking fresh biscuits and mine were the first up (awesome)
