The lady who took my order was very polite and got it right. I chose the 3-piece spicy chicken strip meal with a cookie and a drink, and for my side, I chose the macaroni and cheese. They also offer a peach cobbler dessert. The food was served hot and fresh, and the cookies were delicious. The peach cobbler dessert was a standout - a cookie topped with peaches, sweet sauce, and cinnamon. The employees worked hard to fulfill all the orders. Great job, Church's Chicken!
I just had the pleasure of meeting Rose P. at Calder Street. She was very professional, friendly and friendly. She allowed me to take my time by driving through the window to decide what I wanted. She told me she had hit the wrong button, so I would understand my reception. She made sure that I was satisfied with my order and I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Churches Chicken is very happy to have her as an employee. I hope she's here next time to the churches. Great work Rose
I think what they've changed at this point are the workers, the guy with the refugees, the pregnant lady and the big guy who works chickens like a dream team. I had no problems with the chicken I got from them when I left when they were there. The others are a kind of spot, but this crew is perfect
Customer service is a big thing for me, as well as dress code. The lady in the window, showed a little customer friendliness, but at no time she smiled or eye contact with me in the distance, I could see another employee with a bed time hair Bonnet on that threw me for a loop, I feel only when you work to eat dress code and appearance are very important.
The chicken was hot and fresh, but I did not receive the peppers that were supposed to come with the Family combo that I ordered and paid for.
