Dairy Queen - Beaumont

One person work, yelling at me because she is the only one work and she had a huge order and the food was burning while dealing with me. There was no answer at the window so I pulled through thinking there was something wrong with the microphone. I called 7 times no one would answer, then they took it off the hook. She still didn’t take my order!! Very rude, looking for the corporate number to call.

You have one of the BEST employees EVER , Laura was very helpful and was extremely polite when I came in for lunch . She made sure I got exactly what I ordered and had a smile on her face at all times , she was very pleasant to be around. I will Definitely be back on the days she is there .

Lest than one star !!!!!!! Worst experience ever and lady at drive thru window wouldnt refund and was very rude . Hopefully theres someone else we can speak to tomorrow about this

Very poor service, once again. Not giving them any more chances. Rude personnel, probably not enough help for busy times. Too bad, because they could do very well in our little town if run properly.

Good. Burgers ice cream etc was tasty as always. Place is a bit dated though.
