El Pollo Loco - Beaumont

My favorite El Pollo Loco, because the chicken is cooked right (juicy not dry), and my curbside orders are ready when I go to the restaurant. I have visited this location for over 4 years. I would give 5 stars, but sometimes the salsa and tortillas I ordered are not correct (all flour tortillas when I ordered flour and corn tortillas and Zilantro salsa when I ordered medium salsa). I'll check all orders before I leave the restaurant. Many parking spaces near the restaurant and is located directly on 2nd Street in Beaumont. CA.

Pico de gallo, salsa and avocado salsa and the lady on the trip in gave me the ?deer in the headlight? I repeat myself and don't answer, just close the window!! I'm sorry I'm not here anymore. I'm going somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the rude behavior of the manager, Julian. I don't think I'll ever return after such poor service.

This restaurant frequently closes its food service at random times, disregarding the posted hours. They do accept EBT, but you can only use it when the dining area is open. More often than not, orders get mixed up. The cleanliness is a real issue too; every time I visit, the counters, credit machines, and plexiglass always have the same grime on them, even if I haven't been there in a week. Additionally, there's one employee who consistently has a poor attitude, making you feel unwelcome when placing your order.

Love Pollo Loco. The food is good but totally stingy with salsa and onions I got a large family meal for 8 and when I ask for a lot of onions and cilantro, I got one small pack... Enough for one... Like... What? Otherwise it was a good experience.
