Contribuisci feedbackMy order was ‘A single patty cheeseburger with swiss, add mushrooms… no condiments, no veggies… just a burger with swiss cheese and mushrooms only… onion rings and a drink… a simple meal, right?? $16 later, I’m charged for a Mushroom Swiss burger, that would include condiments, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato… there is a difference of nearly $2.50 for toppings I don’t want and didn’t get… when I said, I ordered a cheeseburger with swiss and mushrooms, only… she said, no, you ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger… that’s ridiculous. She hands me a ‘receipt’ that no one can read (waaay PAST time to change the ink!)Since I walked on waiting on a to-go order, it didn’t bother me when it took several minutes for anyone to notice ‘a customer’ in the completely empty dining room/counter area… but they didn’t know that, nor did they care to.The burger was fixed correctly and tasted very good (the reason for 2 stars) but $16 for a basic burger meal and zero customer service… now I understand why there was not a soul in the dining room at 5p on a weeknight…
Lady makes me wait before taking my order, then she finally slowly makes her way to me and takes my order, looking like she has something better to do. then she can't break my $50 bill. There goes my lunch break. If that's the service you get there, it's no surprise the register has less than $36 in it I'll not be going back.

The burgers here are consistently excellent, perfectly sized, and delicious.
I placed an online order 30 minutes before it was supposed to be ready at 7:42 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru, no one was at the window. After waiting for a bit, an employee finally appeared. I provided her with my order details, and after a few minutes, she handed me my drink and said they were still working on my food. By 8 PM, she reopened the window and gave me my order, then immediately locked the window afterward. When I got home, I discovered that three meals were missing, and instead of one of the burgers I ordered, they gave me a sandwich. I typically visit the Nederland location and have always experienced great customer service there, but this location did not meet those expectations. I do not recommend this restaurant.
