Jack in the Box - Beaumont

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. Every time I visit, there is always some sort of problem.

I went there tonight at around 10:30. After waiting in the drive-thru for the employees to chat with their friends, I had to honk my horn.

The speaker was broken, we had to wait for 20 minutes, the food was cold, and when I went inside to get a refund, I found the floor to be disgusting. There was no manager available to provide me with my money back.
