Ramsey Burger - Beaumont

I got the shredded beef hard taco and it was really good I also got the red chilaquiles those were not that good the red sauce has no flavor and the egg is scrambled in with the tortilla it seems like the beans were good tho I also got a side of red sauce it’s super watery and no flavor don’t the people cooking fry the sauce before serving it it needs salt and seasoning honestly it has a spice but no flavor

That lady there seems very grumpy! I dont know why shes working there with that attitude! Went to get a burger i was waiting for food to go but at the end decided to stay because is a long drive home my bf came in with crazy bread from little cesar but the lady at the restaurant said we couldnt eat there because of the food my bf had brought from outside even though i had bought food there and was waiting for it. I understand if i didnt buy anything and just went in there to eat but i had order food from there. This was my first time and last time i will go there.

Although I didn't eat I was immediately nailed. I know it's rich.

Excellent service, good price and very good tasting dishes

This older lady that works here at Ramsey burger on highland springs is very rude. She took my order and made a mistake on the order. I called her twice to have her read back my order and she only turned around when my husband called her so basically she ignored me. Then she read back the order and we told her that it wasn’t correct and we wanted to fix it before the food came out and right away she copped an attitude and just kept talking about us under her breath and saying she didn’t like to ‘do things like this.’ Once my food was done and she was calling me I couldn’t hear her and she screamed ‘hey!’ at me to get my attention. My husband and I will not be coming back here because of her rude service. The food is mid and her attitude made it worse I didn’t even want to eat the food once we got it.
