Today, I tried the potato dish on a Thursday, topped with BBQ links, butter, sour cream, and chopped herbs. I opted for the vegan version. The potato was perfectly soft, and the toppings melted beautifully together. It was definitely worth it! This is an update from my previous review dated November 23, 2021.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant! The vegan options are outstanding and incredibly well-seasoned. The vegan sausage on the menu is made from scratch, and I honestly can't figure out how they did it. They deserve 10 stars just for making it themselves! This sausage could easily compete with brands like Beyond Meat if sold in stores. The dirty rice was also exceptional—definitely the best I've ever had. I would give this place a solid 5 stars, but unfortunately, Happy Cow doesn't allow that for restaurants that aren't 100% vegan. If you're in the area, this spot is a must-visit, but be aware that they sell out quickly, so arriving early is advisable. I'm a very happy (and full) customer!
