PÂtisserie Jean Ourvois - Beaune

Customers since qq years no disappointments to this day....all well advised and well received!!!The originality of these chocolates and pastries has no equivalent to beautiful !difficile to resist these sweets when you pass in front of these showcases....sweet, salted, iced everything is good to taste!-

Just on one of the main shoppings streets is this little salon and tea room with lovely parties and wonderful quiche. We had four pastries, two quiches, two coffees, and one glass of milk for around 20€. The same lovely woman was there both days we sat and had breakfast and was incredibly helpful, despite my terrible french! We were very happy to support this little spot. (We will go to the chocolate shop before we leave!!)

My daughter and I were in Beaune and saw a chocolatier's shop that we were excited to try. The woman serving customers was very rude to us and had a very condescending attitude, as though she simply could not be bothered with us. We have been in Europe 23 days (6 countries) and have only fabulous experiences with everyone we encountered. The clerk at Jean Ourvois was an exception- she was miserable and we certainly will not go back. Spend your money at the patisserie directly across the road or anywhere else where you will be treated with manners and respect!

We ordered birthday cakes for family men 4 for 50 people and another for a teenager M. and Mrs BOUVARD gave us a very professional smiling welcome and our ears! And to satisfy us even more, they gave us the cakes! Everyone enjoyed the cakes were of extra finesse and lightness! We highly recommend!!! Go there the eyes closed to the door anyway

A real pleasure, I bought 2 cakes at the last minute for my husband's birthday one night, delighted to find not only pastry shops that share, and excellent. In addition, compare a lot of pastries today, they were not frozen and very pretty. We will return without hesitation, thank you also for the welcome of the boss who was so kind and warm.... Thank you for everything!!!
