The food took over an hour to come out, the steak was tough and dry, and the fries were cold. The staff were friendly enough to remake it, but the replacement dish was just as disappointing.

We were honestly not expecting the food to be so good, and were pleasantly surprised when we ate here during the last evening of a week-long ski vacation. The seafood pasta was scrumptious, and the foie gras appetizer with apples was superb. Further, the service was prompt and friendly. A very nicely appointed restaurant.

The Nordik bistro in the Delta Marriott did not disappoint! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the attentive service and our meals. Starting with a tasty amuse bouche, the entire meal was delicious and creatively presented. Tuna tataki, beef tartare, French onion soup and the grilled cabbage salad (not to be missed! were our apps. Mains included the red deer filet, lobster and shrimp linguine, and halibut all perfect! We plan a return visit later in the week during our week long stay at the nearby chalets. Kudos to the chef and personable wait staff! Cheers!
