We drove 1500 miles to see Beaver Creek. where my wife was born and raised in 50s and early 60s. we came with a travel trailer with no shower or bathroom and wanted to have a shower and sleep in big bed.
Arrived around 7pm and all they had left was a room in a hostel but that was awesome because that's what we wanted! The guy at the front desk named Tyler was super friendly and was able to get us checked in immediately. We felt really comfortable and welcomed here and the hostel was able to accommodate everything we needed. Also, in the morning they serve and awesome breakfast! I highly recommend staying here.
The motor hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with tw and bathroom, free internet and free parking, super!
We stopped with our 3-vehicle caravan, en route from Alaska to Ontario. It's close to the Alaska border, so a good place to stop before or after a crossing (there is not much at all on the Alaska side of the border, for awhile). We rented a big family-style room with multiple beds and a kitchenette, and also a regular room out back. Everything was clean, but worn, with some dinged walls and broken fixtures. Basically, the appearance of a road house that has grown organically over time, in a fairly harsh environment. Gas and a convenience store, for needs before heading on down the road.
