I visited the restaurant on Free Cone Day and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I was shocked to see the owner yell at a young female employee. He also remarked that none of the customers seemed to read the signs. When I attempted to place my order, he raised his voice at me, telling me to wait! I would never go back to a place that treats its employees so poorly or yells at customers while they're trying to order. If I had seen my daughter being treated like that, I would have felt compelled to call the police. The owner's behavior was entirely unacceptable. After witnessing how he treated everyone, I didn’t even want the free ice cream. I really should have reported him for the way he degrades his staff, especially since he is responsible for their training.
These people are amazing! They manage to prepare everything very quickly, even when there are long lines of eager customers waiting.
