I went through before I went to work 1 day and ordered 3 things and I didn't even get 1 of the things I ordered!!

I GOT THREE COOKIES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!!!#LOVEMCDONDALDS

This is now the 3rd time where I’ve gotten a completely different order so I pay $10 or more redeem my points and only got one product! Getting ridiculous, and it’s offered to just drive back to get it, I love 10 mins away, I will not drive back for that? The receipt is correct? How do I get not even the same amount of product?

I usually have a good experience with the morning crew here. Today I was there around 7:20 am they had all the lights on but when I tried the drive thru, they said they were closed. Several people behind me were turned away too. Wish they would turn off the menu screen or something next time.
