The food itself was disappointing. It tasted like Chef Boyardee, and when we sent it back to be reheated, it still lacked flavor. I normally don’t add salt to my food, but it was necessary in this case. I had ordered lobster ravioli, which was rather uninspiring. I rarely waste food, but I only managed to eat two raviolis from my plate. The waiter never bothered to ask if I wanted something else, which added to my disappointment. Additionally, there was a waitress running around with her 5- or 6-year-old child in the kitchen area. This was concerning, especially given the timing just before the COVID-19 lockdown when precautions were crucial. Having children in a professional kitchen is inappropriate. On a positive note, the bread was excellent. That was truly the only enjoyable part of the evening.
As always, the dining experience was excellent, with great food and service, even on a relatively busy Sunday evening.
Last minute seat for 14. britney was our only waitress and sewn it. she even had other tables. we never waited. eating was good and fast.
I’m a pretty frequent customer at this Bravo location and I’ve always had really great service and food. This time our service was terrible, we had to ask for water refills every single time, and we had to ask for things that come with your meal automatically. Most of our food came out cold, but one of our parties food came out too cold to eat without any sauce. Her replacement took at least 20 minutes to come out. The manager did take care of her meal, but it didn’t make up for the service.
