Dunkin' - Beavercreek

The food and service were fantastic! The cashier was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both the donuts and drinks were outstanding as well.

Great job, but I really dislike that most mornings when I arrive, the outside lights are off. You wouldn’t even know it was open.

Assuming they were busy, we waited for about five minutes, during which we noticed others leaving the line due to the delay—totally understandable. Five more minutes passed, and we watched the car behind us get their order at the first window, followed by three more cars being served, while nobody came to check on us or deliver any updates. Finally, a different staff member opened the window and asked us what we were there for. We explained that we were waiting for an order in my boyfriend's name. He looked puzzled and then inquired if we had ordered a jelly donut. We confirmed that along with a chocolate donut, but he seemed even more confused. We offered to show him the order confirmation, which he looked at before grabbing another donut, tossing it in the bag, and handing us my boyfriend's coffee. Everything was just sitting there, unserved. When we mentioned that we didn’t receive a straw, he provided us with just one straw and we had to ask for another. While this might seem minor, when coupled with the other issues, it really left a bad taste in our mouths. To top it off, there was no apology for the extended wait or the mix-up. This was our first bad experience here, and I sincerely hope it’s the last.

Awful.. dunkin is my go to for morning breakfast especially when out on business travels. Egg and cheese on croissant had no cheese and when I complained this guy simply inserted the cheese and gave it back without toasting.. hash brown were totally bad and 1 even had less count, coffee with cream and sugar has no sugar. for manager, my check was 1744

My coffee is always perfect! I always look forward to grabbing my coffee in the morning knowing it will always taste delicious.
