Jet's Pizza - Beavercreek

We ordered from here for the first time on June 24th to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Overall, the pizza was quite good, but we did have one main issue: there wasn’t enough pizza sauce. We could barely taste it, and there was only a small amount visible on our large Detroit-style pizza. Initially, I planned to give them a 4-star rating, but after reaching out to the company to share our feedback about the sauce (in case they were serving less sauce to other customers as well), and not receiving any response, I lowered my rating to 3 stars. Given the price of the pizza and what we received, we're not sure if we'll return, especially considering the lack of customer service.

It's a decent pizza place. I wouldn't really classify it as deep-dish pizza; it's more like a thick pan pizza.

Easy to order online. The food is great. My order is always ready on time when I go to pick it up and and if I get delivery it’s delivered in the allotted time

Not many specials to pick from calling in for carry out. Could have easily went elsewhere for pizza and got more for my money. Food was ready quickly and kept very hot until my arrival. Like most places, toppings were lighter than they should be. Overall, great tasting pizza but to high in price too be my go to.

So, haven 't ordered from Jet 's in a couple of years, but I remembered really liking them. Ended up very disappointed. The garlic crust had no flavor. I assume they just... forgot? The extra cheese requested (and paid for) was also missing. In fact the entire pizza was kind of bland, and it was wayyyyy too thick for hand tossed pizza dough. It reminded me all the way around of Dominos--and not the newer improved Dominos--the OLD Dominos. The wings were flabby and rubbery and just unpleasant and not at all crispy . But, there was plenty of sauce--in the container, it was too think to coat the chicken so it just fell off. All in all, a very disappointing order at $60+
