Contribuisci feedbackIt’s Panera. Good quality at a good price, but it’s a chain that mass produces its product. It’s constantly good… but not over the top good … their baguettes are amazing though, and I’d give them a 5-star rating by themselves.
Justin, the tall white man handing out deliverys was very rude. He allowed me to stand there for 10 minutes . I could barely speak, so I showed him the names of my order, 10 minutes go by he proceeds to ask me again what am I waiting for cause all he got out of my phone was I have am order for Panera bread. Why not just ask me sooner. Both my orders were ready. He was rude and nasty, no more orders from here for me.
Every single table was dirty would not recommend this location, I have worked for another Panera when I was younger so I know how long it takes and they were plenty slow. Its horrible management for letting that happen they should be fired since they clearly dont care about their line of work. Disgusting!!!!
OMG!! PLEASE CORP LISTEN… The so call MANAGER on duty JACKELINE . Gave me the most awful treatment as I went to pick up a cup of coffee around 9am today . Well for some reason she couldn’t find my account with my number which I repeated twice , Also I already had a staff trying and it was rude to me but anyway they couldn’t figure it out and she told me if you’re not buying it I’m not gonna give you free coffee that was horrible in front of a lot of people I was embarrassing. I call the customer care from the store while I was there and on the phone the the girl assisting me heard when she say get out of the store!! I couldn’t believe it neither could the girl on the phone. Finally customer care found my account and resolved my issue I am thankful that they not only gave me my coffee but also $10 gift certificate. That manager must be fired !! there is no way a person can work with public and act like that it was only a cup of coffee for the love of God
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. One of the worst managers and she was extremely rude. Ordered iced carmel latte and paid for extra carmel. There was barely carmel there so I told her I paid for extra. Rudely she said you’ll have to pay for double double carmel. Clearly she doesn’t like this job and if any of the management or co-works reading this you know she’s rude and unprofessional. Find someone who’s appreciative of this job.
