Contribuisci feedbackWe had the Chicken Marcela with mushrooms and bow tie pasta, 2 waters with lemon, the Oreo dream cheesecake and the hot fudge sundae for dinner and it also came with the 2 kinds of homemade bread and butter. We actually shared the dinner since it is a larger size- we then splurged on the desserts! Our waiter was tending to the larger sized tables rather than our 2-person table which was disappointing, however the other staff members saved him and took up the slack. The overall wait time was not appropriate and way too long. He never refilled our waters, nor asked us even though the one glass of water sat empty for well over half the meal time. We love Cheesecake Factory and the wonderful menu they offer, but we were slightly disappointed in the overall service and this is later in the evening, not during prime time. The food quality was absolutely amazing! Thanks Cheesecake Factory!
Great outdoor dining area to enjoy delicious food while people watching! I’ve always had quick and polite service at this location.
Great tasting steak Diane. The fresh banana cream cheese was wonderful. Update to review: We called on Monday, April 3rd, and asked about accommodations for 21 people at 6 pm. The restaurant said they could seat us. We arrived and were treated like VIPs. Our waiter, Jeremy, was top-notch. He went above and beyond with his service. There was ZERO errors in our order. We were seated promptly at 6 pm and was done eating by 7:30 pm. Because of this service I gave 5 stars on service. Until next time.
What a great experience!! The customer service was A-1, Our server was very attentive! The food portions were great and taste phenomenal!
It was my first trip to the Cheesecake Factory. I decided to have brunch for my birthday, and got a Monte Cristo which was fabulous with a side of potatoes. Everything was amazing. The drinks were a little more expensive than I expected, but the quality was definitely worth it. Our waiter, Patrick, was super professional and absolutely on top of everything. It was crowded and busy, but you never noticed because everyone on the staff was just constantly in action without ever looking rushed. Of course, I got cheesecake, too. The choices were overwhelming but I settled on the Basque, a crust free cheesecake served with whipped cream and fresh berries. At the risk of using hyperbole, it may have been the best cheesecake I've had. All in all, the whole experience was top notch. Hoping to do my next birthday there, as well.
