Winans Chocolates + Coffees

Went in this morning to get a caramel frappe and a muffin. They took care of me quickly and were very friendly. The muffin was moist and delicious and the frappe was just right. Will be going back!Wheelchair accessibility: Walkway is very roomy and easy to access

Purchased a bottle of wine from Winans that was maderized (cooked) and was told my only opinion was to exchange it for another bottle of the exact same wine...bottle #2 also the same. I've had great service in the past but wasn't happy with their options for resolution, exchanging for yet another bottle of the same wine. Disappointed.

My coworkers and I frequently come to Winans at the Greene. I typically get a hot Mocha or Chai. The shop has really nice seating and a cozy environment. The employees have been friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend coming here if you have time to sit and enjoy your drink (side note- it's not the fastest shop if you're stopping by in a rush). The chocolate is great too!!
