Mcdonald's - Beaverdam

Some people just don't take pride in a job.. they're lucky to have one.. and it's the young ones you can tell they don't want to be there.. find you something else then.

Attempted to get food in the drive-thru where they were only taking orders one car at a time.Which was ridiculous. They were not busy had they been taking orders as they came through. Nearly waited 30 mins before we decided to leave.Ridiculous.

This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star but what to do right, no option. Firstly you need to straighten up the front cashier who doesn’t know customer coutesy at all, wants to sleep in front of people and act of insubordination. I have been to many locations in different states, front cashier always the same but this one is the worst of all. Every locations of McDonalds need to provide strict training regarding customer services and obedience towards their superior.

I’ve never got burnt fries before at McDonald’s but I guess there’s a first for everything, not a fan. Got my sandwich and every topping and sauce was all over the box. Almost as if Tom Brady threw a Hail Mary with my order. My receipt says no mayo in all caps but I guess the employees can’t read here. I know it’s fast food and you can’t expect much but, with what it costs and what these workers get paid now you’d expect simple stuff easy. Don’t waste your time here.

So I sent my husband in to get me some breakfast. He came out so frustrated because the lady who worked the counter acted like he was a nuisance. Your job is to take customers orders. If you can't handle to even take a order then why are you there to work. That's your job. So we been on the road all morning just wanted breakfast and did not get it. So no I do not recommend McDonald's in Beaver dam ide go on up the road.
