Dear wife asked if I could give zero stars. I would if I could. Reservation made for 5:45pm. Waited 30 minutes to get seated. It is 7:00pm now, and we still have no chef. Bad, bad, service. Wish I could leave, but my only other option is McDonald's now. Edit: Chef/food was good in the end. Glad we made it out in just under 3 hours.

Overall it was good. The 'show ' was something I 'd forgotten about.. I 'll let the videos speak for themselves. I arrived late but a minute or so before they stopped serving lunch. So I was allowed to order from the lunch menu which was fine by me. I wasn 't really hungry so just some sushi and a few other things were perfect. Historically one of my favorite places to go, but this trip really didn't do it justice. They were out of hot sake, missed an item in our order, and the chicken fried rice (a huge part of the draw! was so dry and tasteless we didn't even finish it. This was eating at the bar rather than the teppan, but we've done that before and it's always been great. Do better, benihana!

The food is good but the value isn't. The portions are of adequate size for the average person, but anyone extra hungry or extra large might go home wanting. The food is cooked exceptionally well for what it is, and this shouldn't be understated, but that's the least I'd expect for $40. I understand why people go here but I don't plan on returning.
