Owner of Hawaiian time likes to park his vehicle in the middle of the small parking lot behind his establishment. The owner parks it in the middle of this parking lot so people aren't able to exit to the main road. This makes it very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and also makes it to where people have to go an unnecessarily longer distance to leave the parking lot. The establishment also looks very poorly taken care of, no hate on the establishment just the fact that the owner does this is unacceptable.

I'm not sure what people are expecting from Hawaiian Time, but I got a Regular Huli Huli Chicken plate today and it was delicious. There is a sign at the drive-thru speaker that they are under-staffed (no shocker there these days), but I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my order. I believe the owner was working the drive-thru along side a skeleton crew. I would 1000x's rather support a local place versus the mega chain next door. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they didn't have chicken katsu, but knowing what the options are now, is still go back. And also their hours are pretty limited it seems but that's probably to do with staffing. Overall, Portion was a good size for the price, tasted delicious, service was great.

My family and I visited from AZ and I was not very impressed with our cashier (I think his name was Andrew or something).First, I understand that sometimes some people have bad days but working in service requires you to fake a smile. As soon as we walked up to the register, the guy looked annoyed. My father tried to order the mixed plate and the cashier was very rude about asking and explaining what type of chicken he wanted and how it worked. He assumed that we had been there before and the menu did not specify that you could pick between multiple types of chicken.Second, the food was subpar. Chicken was on the dryer side and the mac salad was not good. I’d order the pork again but definitely not the mac salad.
