Ome Calli Frozen Treats - Beaverton

Ice cream shops are generally enjoyable places to visit, but my experience here wasn't very pleasant due to the staff's lack of attentiveness. I ordered a cup of pistachio, coffee, and salted caramel ice cream.

This ice cream shop offers an impressive selection of flavors. During my first visit, I anticipated the usual warm and welcoming atmosphere commonly found at ice cream places, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and a prominent sign at the beginning of the queue stated that only one free sample was allowed. Despite my efforts to engage, I couldn't get a smile from any of the three servers. The ice cream itself was quite good—flavors like pistachio, coffee, and salted caramel were enjoyable—though it felt a bit dense, lacking the lightness that comes from being well-aerated. While I can recommend this shop for the ice cream, just don't expect any warmth or friendliness while you enjoy your cone.

I tried a scoop of corn ice cream, which had a sweet, almost buttery flavor that was very enjoyable. However, if you don’t like things that are overly sweet, you might want to skip this one. I also had a scoop of cotija cheese ice cream, which was absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly smooth and creamy—much smoother than I expected given the cheese. The ice cream felt so velvety on my tongue, and once it melted, it left tiny little pearls of cotija behind. There were a lot of other treats that looked amazing, and if I get the chance to return to this shop, I will definitely try more. Overall, I give it a 10/10!

The local froyo place closed down so my roommate and I decided to try this place. It was a fun departure from ordinary flavors. I tried a double scoop of salted plum and it was delicious and kind of spicy. Would recommend.

The best ice cream in Beaverton. Fresh, excellent variety and full of flavor. Perfect portions that are filling and dazzle our tastebuds! We love all the flavors. The churros are huge and delicious.
