Qdoba is a convenient place to get a burrito with a variety of toppings. I wouldn’t call it authentic by any means, but it’s pretty tasty. You can place an order through their website and pick up you’re already made food. Normally they don’t charge extra for guacamole and queso either. There’s lots of indoor and outdoor seating too. Overall it’s tasty, filling food with a totally reasonable price tag.
Food is always good. Customer service sucks. There was no one in there and before me and they had nothing filled and gave us small portions because they didn’t fill their food . They filled it once my food was made
Had the pork burrito ? today. Very good. I love the fresh grilled vegetables. I've also had the Impossible Fajita Bowl and it's fantastic ? ? ?. See you again soon.
Traveling to Portland and decided to eat at Qdoba with kids. Printed paper on the door said they were closing at 8 instead of 10 pm. All good! We were there at 7 pm. First thing on the employees on the line, jeez, we have customers and we have to work now. They rushed our whole order. They did not put the ingredients we asked for which my kids wanted to eat. There was nothing extra that we asked. They did not have brown rice, half of the salsas and sauces. They did not even smile. There were couple of other customers after us and they had similar experiences as far as I can say. They did not even gave us chips that comes with kids meal. When we were asked, here or to go, we said here and the very rude employee on the line said you can’t eat here and you have to make it to go. We are traveling and we are expecting to eat where we want specially when the store is an hour away to close. That employee was extremely rude and he should not be working as customer care and service is his not strong suit. We were also charged $6 extra that I needed to go back to get refund. We ended up eating outside as cashier said we can and we cleaned everything after ourselves but that male employee passed some comments looking at us. It was definitely not a pleasantry . All in all, we are never coming back to qdoba. We had to go to pizza place and feed kids again as half of the items were not provided despite asking as they just said they don’t have it .why are they serving then? I hope corporate is taking not of this location. It needs serious training on customer care.
