I always order a steak wrap from subway, have been ordering for YEARS, and I did an online pick up and ordered my usual! It didn't come with the meat heated, (cold steak... ick).... So I called asking about it. He not only belittled me, saying subway has never warmed steak up without asking in wraps, when another associate told me they are literally required to... which maybe every subway does it differently, totally okay! But it was the way he spoke to me. Chris was easily the most disrespectful food service employee I have ever dealt with. No apology. Instead accused me of stealing chips, I literally told him on the phone my partner ordered and had told me he placed two chip orders, so as per usual when I order online, I grabbed my own chips and grabbed my sandwich and went on my way. When he said I didn't pay for the chips on the phone, I offered to come back and pay for them, because I genuinely thought my partner had already paid for them. Instead, he was disrespectful and accusatory. Nick, I believe? Answered the phone later and was beyond kind, despite having no resolution or the ability to get a hold of his manager. He was kind and understanding despite no immediate refund or resolution, hire more nicks, get rid of Chris for the love of god. Subway has gotten expensive as is so having a rude or disrespectful employee is not helpful.
My sandwich was made with soggy tomatoes and brown wilted lettuce when I asked for spinach.
Love this subway but I payed for whole sandwich got only half luckily they are making the other half but didn't want to have to pick anything up and now I need to grab hub should double check their orders
Sandwich was not well made had the wrong meat no cheese barely toasted and wrong bread
Great amount of mustard on my yummy sandwich, loved it!
