The Westgate Bourbon Taphouse

I really want to love this place to visit my second time. It was really busy as expected, it is one of the beautiful and fascinating restaurants of Beaverton. The cocktails were great. The menu is delicious and sounds delicious. The food always lacks shine, almost there, but the description is better than it tastes. The bar service was fast during waiting (although they needed us to close before we got tired of what I think is sticky, but I get it as the bartender you want your tips! . The table service left something to be desired. Fries was cold, she wanted to fire a new page. I didn't come back until we were basically finished and then realized that the Pommes never came. A table touch is always needed shortly after dinner to make sure everyone has everything he needs. I'd like to have salt and pepper, but with my food when the server came back. A good place for cocktails and maybe some bar snacks because the atmosphere is great.

While we had to wait about 30 minutes, the time was pleasant! We all ordered cocktails and beers and sat in the playroom until our table showed up. The service was excellent and the menu included so many great options! I loved the whole taste, but the Shrimp Carbonara was exceptionally good! The cocktail and beer menu was huge! My Bourbon-based cocktail was delicious. During dinner I had a cinnamon of imperial fall Big Bad Baptista, which I really enjoyed! I loved that I could taste it before I ordered it. I enjoyed the mood of this place and planned to make many return journeys.

I was the first customer on the 23. September 2022. It was a busy Friday night at 7:00. Long line to get a table. (for 2) Long line at the bar (see above). But the revised bartender was freendly and makes a big Cadillac Margarita! Long wait for simple burgerries as soon as we sit. The hamburger was cooked to order (same) and was delicious. I swore it. Unfortunately, the French fries were served cold. On each table was literally a 2 ring notebook full of cocktails, a large wine list and many beer selections. That makes a nice reader while waiting.

My favorite bar on the west side. Very large selection of whisky and one of the few places I know that have both a Yamazaki 12 yr and 15 yr. In addition to the selection of spirits, their cocktails are also delicious. Whiskey Sours and Old Fashions are my favorite mixed drinks. Eating, I always get the cheese cures. The quality and taste is great and I feel that it is the perfect snack while I have a drink. If I got a meal, the burger never disappointed me. I recommend coming here if you enjoy whiskey.

Super tasty drinks and food! Everything we tried was way above average. Shared a Swedish Chef salad and a Rick Reuben sandwich. I drank a virgin mojito that was splendid and my husband had a drink called Millionaire that was stellar.
