Rôtisserie Guay - Bécancour

We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant by chance today. We visited on a Saturday night around 7 PM. Our waitress was fantastic and did an incredible job accommodating our struggle with French. I ordered the medium poutine, while my partner had the roasted half chicken dinner. The poutine was exactly how it should be—large chunks of cheese on freshly cut fries. The medium portion was actually too much for me! As for the chicken, it was incredibly tender and juicy. Overall, it was a great experience all around!

The chicken is always delicious and never dry; I'm surprised every time, hahaha. The staff is friendly and courteous.

The waitress was very nice and efficient. They were out of roasted chicken, so we ordered the special vol-au-vent. It was decent, but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere was pleasant, with several TVs showing hockey! Next time, we’ll definitely try the roasted chicken!

Today the restaurant is empty, I do not know why, maybe rainy and snowy, so people are lazy to come or because I go to eat at an empty time frame.
