Delicious food with good service. the perfect combination for a 5-star rating

On a normal day and in a normal time, I might have had the idea that I wonder who needs the time to check this place, I had never felt strong enough to check the restaurants before. I live in front of location and often pass by the restaurant. eating a quick lunch here did not seem like a big thing. eating was average, but what was really disappointing was the service and overloaded! we specially ordered the lunch special so that the fact is mentioned several times during our order, with the waitress happy accepts our order and look at the lunch menu with us. quickly forward to paying until time. I will never forget the look of guilt and shame on the girls face that took our payment when they advertised us a bill for a full price meal and then some with the excuse that the lunch special did not advertise on this day, despite several confirmations that it was good only 30 minutes ago.$25 was $41! she did not see all the time, her hands must appear pretty interesting. we paid the bill and left. never again! Do not make the same mistake.

I love this thai restaurant. my family and I have come here since 2012. eating is absolutely delicious, the cocktails are good, the customer service is excellent, even under pressure and a complete house, the staff is so quiet and the dishes come quickly.

There are so many Thai restaurants in Brighton le sands but Thai By The Beach is by far the tastiest. The staff are very nice also

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. The place was a bit busy (though not full), so there was a group of people waiting for a table. The waitress decided to try and free up some tables, so went to a couple of tables, including ours, and tried to hurry us along and asked us to finish quickly- while we were still eating! She even tried to intimidate us saying there was a maximum 1 hour dining , even though there were people at other tables that had been there longer than us. All the customers she targeted were in shock by her rudeness and condescending attitude. This is simply unacceptable customer service. A paying customer should never feel rushed and unwelcome. This has never happened to me in a restaurant before. Will never frequent this place again and there are other Thai restaurants nearby.
