I want to give a shout-out to the wonderful girls working at Biggby around 5 PM tonight! You all are amazing! They genuinely cared about my well-being, even though it wasn't required of them. I had been facing some tough challenges today that left me feeling a bit overwhelmed. These girls really went above and beyond to lift my spirits. Thank you so much for your kind words!

I have great experiences at this restaurant, especially when the kid at the register isn't there asking for tips. The rest of the staff is wonderful and attentive. I believe tips should only be requested when there’s table service involved, where someone is making an effort to provide exceptional service.
