Five Guys - Beckley

The burgers are always tasty, the Pommes perfectly seasoned, and the Shakes are a wonderful companion! We really appreciate how clean the restaurant is kept and how the staff is always friendly.

The location was very clean. Staff are very polite and prompt in service. The burgers and fries were fresh and tasted great.

I would like to begin by saying that I rate this place as 4.5 stars of 5 but Google Maps don't let me add the additional half star. My father and I stayed here on a rainy Saturday when we were both in the mood for a good cheeseburger. From all fast food facilities in or near Beckley West Virginia, this is our favorite place for a cheeseburger. The portion sizes were generous and the food quality was excellent. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was immediately and polite when ordering. The manager was observed to work throughout the restaraunt while also doing rounds through the lobby to make sure everyone was okay and see if they needed anything. The men's bath was very clean and freshly visited (we were in numerous other restaurants in this area where we felt as if we needed a tetanus shot and a round of antibiotics before even entering the bathroom... You know what I mean).

9nly my second time there. Not bad, great burgers and pommes. A little expensive, but it's pretty good.

Best burger place around. Very clean, best employees ever.. anywhere. The prices are a lil high, but there is no freezer or microwave in the restaurant. Nothing comes precooked or packaged. The potatoes are cut fresh, the meat is also pattied out and never frozen. All the toppings come fresh, some locally grown, and prepped and cut in the back. The quality of the food is the best is why it costs more. It's worth it. The cleanest commercial kitchen I've ever seen.
