I had the best steak I've ever tasted! Everything about the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. For dinner, the meal was priced at over $100 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect anniversary dinner this year! The setting at the Bedford Springs Hotel was stunning, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. We were extremely happy with our overall experience. If you find yourself in the Bedford area and are in search of a nice date night destination with incredible food, this is the spot for you. The cocktails were also very impressive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique dining experience in Bedford. Parking: Ample spots available.

We both ordered drinks and wedge salads, and Jacob suggested that we share one. We should have heeded his advice because the salad was enormous but incredibly tasty. For our main courses, my husband chose the 12 oz prime filet, which was cooked to perfection, along with a massive potato. Again, sharing would have been wise! I opted for the lobster mac and cheese, which is a side dish along with the potato. Honestly, the mac and cheese alone would have been more than enough; I ended up taking half home! It was loaded with generous chunks of lobster and cheesy goodness. For dessert, we asked Jacob for recommendations, and he described both the 17-layer chocolate cake and bananas foster so enticingly that we found it hard to decide. Ultimately, we went with the bananas foster, and it was absolutely delicious! On our way out, we took some time to explore the property a bit more. We definitely want to return to check it out thoroughly. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the building itself is very well-maintained.

This Meal Was Made Even More Exceptional Because of Our Server Emily! Everything was Perfect, The single best wedge salad I’ve ever had, if they ever change or remove that salad from the menu I’ll cry!, It’s Unbelievable! The Ribeye was Perfectly delicious but the reason for this review was the unbelievable customer Service from Our Server Emily, I’m an award winning chef, With Plenty of Accolades to name, and I can tell you there isn’t a Restaurant in the world where Emily wouldn’t get hired on the spot! She’s The top 1% of Perfection when it comes to customer Service, I Hope You print a copy off for Her Employee File, and a copy for Her and if you hold staff meetings are sure to acknowledge and Applaud Her for Being the best of the best, Honestly if there’s ever a FOH Management Or Server Trainer position available I’d give it to Her in a Heartbeat, because there’s none better that Either of us have experienced in years, I Hope If You’re on the fence You’ll give this restaurant a Chance, But without a doubt ask for Emily in your reservation and tip Her Well because she deserves the Incredible treatment that she gives to the guests, I cannot begin to say enough how she made a special evening all the more special because she was so kind And knowledgeable and offered great suggestions as well as careful attention to our table and there wasn’t a need that went without, Emily is unbelievable and We appreciate the incredibly memorable experience she made from this meal for us, Thank You!
