Big Deal Burger - Bedford

Quite possibly the most disgusting burger and fries I’ve ever had… I would have been better off with McDonalds.

If I could put a zero star I would! The worst food EVER, right along with he customer service I received by the manager! The fries were soggy and the burger was just plain gross! Who puts half of a tomato on there burgers? Next time I will order from whattaburger instead! Horrible, horrible, horrible

This is a virtual burger based restaurant , that basically operates from inside the Bedford Dickey 's BBQ. If I had known that I would not have ordered anything from here, as Dickey 's tends to not have a good reputation. In fact this location has 3 stars on Yelp and a complaint from another customer duped by their virtual restaurant. Average Food Cost s): Food: Cheeseburger Burger 8.85) I didn 't get to actually try it. Cajun Fries 2.50) Seating: Didn 't go inside. Location: It 's inside of the Dickey 's BBQ in a Bedford Shopping center surrounded by a few other food places. Service: Terrible. I order through Yelp VERY regularly, and they always have indicated in the app when an order is ready. After about an hour I decided to drive to the location because my order was still showing as being in progress. I 've had orders take that long before, so I decided to drive up there and see if it 'd finally be done when I got there. I followed the directions given from Google maps and was led to a shopping center with several restaurants. There was no signage indicating that this place is INSIDE of Dickey 's BBQ, so I called the number listed on my order to confirm the location. I spoke to a Rachel*, who claimed not to know what shopping center I was talking about. I literally said that I was in front of a Dickey 's BBQ and she claimed not to know what I was talking about, even when I confirmed that the location I was at was also across the street from Trinity High School. I should also note that the EXACT number and address come up for a business called Trailer Birds. Which is another virtual Dickey 's restaurant. There should be very clear signage and information on this page noting this. Because Yelp used Delivery.com to facilitate this order, I called them to have my money returned and the employee called the restaurant, refusing to refund my order because he spoke to Rachel who claimed they 'd finished the order a while ago. The app STILL showed my order as in progress, so either she lied or forgot to update the order status. Either way, I absolutely did not want anything from this place, and I could not believe that Delivery.com would not refund my order. It was my first time going through them abd it will be my last. Thankfully I contacted my bank, who took it right off!

I ordered from this place and really enjoyed the flavor. This is the second time I tried it and I have been impressed both times!! I think I have found my new wing spot!!
