Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Bedford

The service was good, but the food wasn't. The food was neither hot nor warm, and we found hair in one of our plates. Our appetizer looked like they were scrap, and the broccoli cookdar was not completely stirred, so he still had cheese powder.

No disappointment. Always consistent. So much food for the price. Loves the monster cookie. Unfortunately my favorite item, the roasted Jalapeño Cheeseburger was taken from the menu, but there are many other good options to choose from. Waiting is never too long.

Bad cleanliness of the restaurant, everywhere you saw that there is garbage, under the tables, garbage left in modified and the brooms on the side of the stairs steps to the bar area. We have a stand and the seats were tacky and wet. She really tried to make it right for us. The young gentleman “cleaning tables” Diego, less than hospitable to listen to his music on his ear buds and beat his hair everywhere in the square, while “cleaning tables and chairs very easily” as if it was the most difficult job on earth he had to do. Seriously people hire someone to get your place to stand out! Unfortunately, we never have a visit, an apology or a sequence of management or a shift team leader. No wonder why this place looks like he does! Food was fine, service a 10 of our waiter.

Came mainly here to redeem a free cake voucher that I got for half a birthday and a little date night. Our server was fast and accurate. We just waited for 10 minutes. The food tasted good and the portions were as usual good. The chocolate cake was delicious! Great experience as a whole!

Haven't been to this location in quite some time. But it's a mixed review. Had some goods and some bad. Parking at Cheddars was fast and easy. The place didn't seem packed compared to the rest of the other places in the area. Which was a plus since Pennington field had marching band competition currently ongoing. This was our second pick, we decided to wait our chance for a table. Table was fresh and clean, this is good and bad. Still wet is no bueno when you rub your hand in it first thing. Glad it was clean but would have been better if dried a bit more. Seemed clean for the most part though. Customer service was great. Even towards the end, when we noticed their table side tablets had our complete table orders a bit wrong, he quickly fixed them up. Had some cash to give another party at our table to make up for another error though. No biggie at all. The food, most of it was pretty good. The monte cristo should have been maybe fried a bit more. It was a bit too much soggy for my taste. I like a bit more crispy outside than like a donut sandwich feel to it. Chips and queso apps were simple. Chicken breasts from my friend was a bit too salty. But overall food was ok. There were slightly more better bits than bad. Just middle of the road. Steaks were cooked nicely though. Medium and medium rare were spot on. That puts it just a bit over for middle of the road in my opinion. Upon finish, I had stepped on something under the table which could have rolled from another table or was always there but didn't want to look. Maybe next time I'll take a look and see. If I could give 3.5 I would but it's fair to have a 3. I can't edge it to 4 without having one of my concerns adjusted. It wasn't a bad experience. Just wasn't outstanding. Customer service was though. It was nice to have dinner with friends though.
