Holey Boba Donut - Bedford

This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the decor and seating options. I ordered a bacon, cheese, and sausage kolache, a blueberry glazed pastry, and a chocolate milk. I liked the kolache, but I found the blueberry glazed item to be dry and not to my taste.

Be cautious! I recently visited this place to buy two donuts: a cinnamon twist and a heart-shaped donut with a lollipop on top. I was surprised to find that I had to pay $1.90 just for the cinnamon twist, and $4 for the heart-shaped donut, which I didn’t mind as much because it was unique. However, I encountered a problem when I checked my Cash App today, which notified me that they charged me extra for a tip! I feel like these people are taking advantage of customers, and I won’t be returning. I miss the previous owners who ran the place when it first opened years ago. If you're okay spending over seven dollars for two donuts, then this might be the spot for you.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here, and I especially want to highlight the person who makes our delicious boba drinks. We will definitely be returning as often as we can!

The donuts are fantastic, and the drinks are delicious! The prices are reasonable, and I will definitely be coming back regularly.

This place exudes a sense of indifference. It’s not any better than other lifeless boba tea shops like ShareTea or Feng Cha, despite being independent. When they first opened, it was slightly better, though never exemplary in customer service, even while requesting tips. The staff would at least greet you when you walked in, rather than appearing irritated that you interrupted their YouTube session. I would prefer to skip boba altogether than endure such a disappointing experience when I'm looking to enjoy my leisure time.
