Called twice to verify my order only for them to forget items. Also found someone’s disgusting hair in the pizza!
Service is garbage. I ordered pick up. Didnt leave a tip since i was picking it up..Sandwich was wrong..i wasnt rude in any way..and it was like they didn't care. It was clearly obvious it was over not leaving a tip. Here's a tip, it's hard for everybody. I'm not going to tip someone for doing their job and I'm picking it up..we always give a 5$ tip everytime I have them deliver. Im less than a mile away. We will take our business elsewhere. Marcos has great food. Just the employees need to take customer service classes
We ordered buffalo wings, thin crust pizza and a meatball bowl. Everything was delicious. They use fresh ingredients and you can tell they want to provide quality food. Those sausage meatballs on a pizza would be heaven. My husband complimented over and over and he's a hard sell! Thanks Marco's in Bedford. We'll be repeat customers.
I have been a loyal customer of Marcos for years but have been very disappointed in their service for the last few months. I have had to return orders or receive credit multiple times for orders not done correctly. I recently ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese at all and the pizza had more cheese than I have ever seen on any pizza. Tonight I ordered a Veggie sub that the first ingredient is supposed to be mushrooms, there were no mushrooms and other toppings like lettuce was missing as well. The sandwich was just over 4.5 inches and it’s supposed to be 6”. It was literally a peace of bread loaded with diced onions, diced bell peppers, 3 thin slices of tomato, and a couple of banana peppers and sub dice which made it soggy. I couldn’t even eat it. I was offered a $10 credit on my account but that does not help me when I’m sitting at home hungry. I always too good after they charge $5 for delivery so the $10 credit isn’t really making up for anything. They will still charge me a delivery fee and more when I get ready to use that credit. The last time this happened it was on Super Bowl Sunday and I being the only Vegan in my home had to watch everyone else eat after my pizza was delivered wrong, that was me tonight eating watermelon after this mess up. Marcos please do better or I will definitely be looking for another restaurant.Vegetarian options: Recently all of my Vegan orders have been messed up, so I’m not sure this is the best place for that. My meat eaters have been happy which is the only reason they got any stars.
