I'm not mad at the Sherman Texas site, but we were a little irritated that the 75 years promo for a 75 cent small cone won't be beaten properly when you ask for the promo.

Customer service: not available. Eat: terrible. The Fort Value location on Mccart is HORRIBLE!! This was our 2nd visit to 3yrs (because the 1st time was bad) and it was exactly the same as the 1st. Mal AWFUL!! Yall has to find out. I can't believe it's still open to business.

This is the 2nd time we've gone out to dq cause websites says there open till 11pm and it's 9pm and drive there just to see that it closed at 8..

Asked for my fries to be CRISPY....LIKE IT SAYS ON THE DQ TEXAS APP.THEY CAME LIKE SOGGY BAKED POTATOE STICKS. i ASKED FOR CRISPY LIKE THE APP SAYS.....not a CRISP one in the bunch!!!!!!!!! HOW MAY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT THIS?

The worst food experience I had in a very long time... Food well doesn't understand me wrong. But if you hunger and want your food not to go there now, they will place your order on.sideways and even management can not help you... Dairy queen 14344 crispy chicken salad ordered 3 extra pieces chicken... on the side, because I paid for it and I want it in.. Every time they do, I never find the extra chicken. The girl doesn't know how to ask me, and there was no reception. I drive back, say management about it.instead of giving me my chicken so I can eat, they spend 20 minutes through the days recipes so that they can give 3 pieces of chicken... oh my God.. and all the time I starve... I finally asked about my money back and managed (Fabiola) told me that I only get my combo money back because she wasn't sure if I had paid for the extra pieces of chicken... my God, I won't go in a quick food place and lie...for chicken... please help... Ps, I gave them 1 star or I couldn't set it up...
