Twisted Root Burger Co. - Bedford

The food was good and reasonably priced. However, the limited parking was quite frustrating. There were too many spaces designated for carry-out pickup, and none of them were being used while there weren't enough spots for dine-in customers. On my visit, I had to park in one of the carry-out pickup spaces. I believe they should decrease the number of these spaces to better accommodate diners.

The avocado was mostly brown, and the burger was so greasy that the bottom of the bun fell apart. I could have gotten a better burger from McDonald's.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers with bacon, but I was disappointed. The buns were soggy, and the burgers were undercooked and still pink inside. This was my first visit to your restaurant, and it will unfortunately be my last.

Edited: Came in to pick up a order had to wait for the employees to finish their discussion Before I could get my food. Then get home and realize that missing some. What great service? And that is a joke. Then the fried cheese was fried breading as it was over cooked so there was no cheese. Waited for over 2 weeks and no response from management after calling to complain the same day. So if you can’t care about the guest experience why should you still be in business!

Our burgers were delicious!! I got the Big Tex with added garlic mushrooms and my husband got the Western. We both agreed it was worth it!! ?? ?? It was a bit chilly inside, so we sat near the window, they get great evening sun near the bar area, so I didn't need a jacket which is nice to not have to carry around. I hate visiting bathrooms in restaurants, but I needed to wash my hands and I must say I was impressed that it didn't have a bad smell and it felt quite clean! ? Friendly service, great food and great music! Overall great choice for a Tuesday night dinner!!
