Alpen Restaurant Bar - Beech Mountain

My go to place for great food and service. Steven and Brook, Haley always provide the best service! Food is the best on the mountain, trout, salmon, crab soup, wedge, list goes on... Just delish!!!

Service sucked my chicken marsala had chunks of sweet madalia onions and very little sauce and mushrooms no where near a fine dining experience more like a local diner with the amount of tourism to this area was really surprised by no good dinner places

Bartender wearing open toe shoes! No uniform. Swearing. No smile. 45 minutes for an appetizer. So unprofessional. S- word F-bombs . Got a huge eye roll when I asked for coffee. I hope the owner opens his/her eyes

Great place. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Steve is great!

Steve and his staff are wonderful. They are flexible, considerate, and passionate. It's a great place for excellent food and service.
