Tzlal - Beer Sheva

Do not let them be fooled from the outside, simple but good food expected.

Zlal is located in the old town of beer sheva and is an authentic, delicious Ethiopian restaurant. the owner shoshana is very nice and welcoming. The Injera plates are huge, with a few different types of wats (stones,) which change each time in a dae. the injera itself is gluten-free, fairly safe over the heifer as well, but it is worth asking if they are allergic.

The restaurant is located in the old part of the beer sheba, offering authentic Ethiopian atmosphere and great vegan options to very cheap trips. the owner is very nice and gracious. beautiful Ethiopian beer too.

(from 2018) an amazing introduction to the Ethiopian cuisine! needed help order as we only with English, but fortunately another customer explains our necessity for the vegan option and we were served a phenomenal veg board! cannot wait to come back!
