No customer service skills, no “what can i get for you?” or anything. Ordered a meatball melt and got back home and it wasn’t toasted which affected the overall flavour and texture of the sub. Went there at 8 said they closed at 9, went out of my way to get there too. False advertising and they were rude about it

Lady with brown hair in a ponytail served me like she had better things to do. No smile or niceties at all! I don't want to be gushed over but come on. Once she cut my bread she walked away told the younger blonde girl to take bread rolls out of oven then walked out the back. Only once youg girl got rolls out, she finished my order. Why walk away from your customer? I try to shop local but not with service like that! Meal type: Lunch
