Sonic Drive-in - Beeville

Last night, there was a mix-up with our food, and it ended up going to someone else. We found ourselves waiting for quite a while. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but he certainly should be in a management role. Neil apologized for the wait and handled the situation with professionalism. I would definitely go back to Sonic.

This restaurant serves the best vanilla Coke! However, there was a little hiccup when the staff tried to place an order through an app, which created some difficulties. The manager, Neil, stepped in and, after a few unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue using the app, he generously honored the discount. While $4 may not seem like a lot, I really appreciate it—every little bit counts! The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location, not just for the great employees, but also for the delicious food and drinks. I’ve never had a bad or cold dish (unless it was meant to be cold) from this place.

It is definitiw one of my favorites in beeville! I'm just going out and my food is always on the spot! I love the lady who always helps me! who says you can't tap in the drive machine!

Great fast food. my family comes back to this sounded situation because they are polite, fast and consistent. in contrast to other almost food locations in the city, they will not find many mistakes here. the personal is always amazing and the management keeps this location running like a well-oiled machine. love it! Do not forget the mobile app and drinks are always 1/2 out!

I have no complaints. My order arrived quickly, was served hot, and everything was complete and in order.
