I have been coming to saveurs de corée for more than a decade. the restaurant is located at a time convenient not far from the metro station in dongzhimen. the owners are a very friendly couple. her Korean cook/owner is careful about the selection of the best ingredients. the menu is diverse, eating is consistently excellent, and its staff is the most friendly they will find in peking. if they like me, they are vegan, they will try to adapt their dishes to their nutrition, they simply ask. a great option for a fast meal, a business lunch or a birthday. perfect for an evening date, when it becomes particularly atmospheric with the lights dimming down. Note: due to the epidemic there is a lack of personal, so they can be visited by the owners beautiful and helpful daughters. be nice.
Very beautiful ambiente and service. but it's not like that. there was only a vegan option on request that consisted of a dirty spicy broth that consisted of 99% wobble that was almost impossible to digest. how bad for a Korean restaurant. Korean cuisine originally has many vegan foods. this is unfortunately too much Westernized.
This place is great, only a few steps away from nan luogu xiang, and the menu offers a wonderful selection of veggie options. the personal seems to be quite aware of the nutritional requirements (that one knows that chinese is a plus) we had a good selection of appetizers (kimchi, broccoli, bon and gurke,) then Korean style tofu, bibimbap, and some Korean style niangao section. the worrying looked like Italian makkaroni, but tasted really good. I also had dessert (red pancakes) and a mojito (not exactly what they have on a beach bar in Cuba, but not bad at all.) highly recommended for all who have problems finding any meat-free Korean food.
