We opted for vegan chicken nuggets and chips, which were average frozen nuggets and fries. Unfortunately, the chips arrived on the plate 5 minutes before the nuggets, causing them to be cold and undercooked. However, the nuggets were decent. If you come here, food should not be your main focus. It is more of a bar atmosphere where eating is a secondary consideration. I would not recommend coming here specifically for the food.
This restaurant is located above a shopping center and is quite small, with only a few tables available. They offer a limited selection of drinks and comfort food. I tried the chicken plate, which was just okay and nothing extraordinary. The staff member at the counter did not seem very knowledgeable about the products they were selling when I inquired about the differences between vegetarian and vegan options. Unfortunately, they did not have any vegan cheese available.
This place is good for what it is a hole in the wallable that serves a small selection of food. when we went, they did not have the great majority of the elements on the menu. We chose vegan chicken bugs and chips that we saw the type in the many (they were standard frozen nuggets and ofenchips.) the chips were placed in the plate 5 min before the nuggets and as such cold arrived and were undercooked. the nuggets were pretty good. when they go here, food should be their secondary care. it is really a bar and so they go for it and think of eating as perk. I wouldn't go here specifically for eating.
We have specifically searched for the place and found it very easy. that served one last longer than others, because everything is fried air. the guilty maul meat is no longer so guilty. we had the bacinator hot dogs and fries and chicken and loved both! it's just so great to have some vegan junk food on a place that is so central. we stayed much longer than intended, because we had some interesting talks with jeff, one of the co-owners!
Yard house was hard to find, it was in soho building 2 in sanlitun. it is a very cozy room, and when they land late in the night there, as we did, they have no fear of coming to the third floor. most stores would be closed and it could seem to come there, but do it and they will not regret it. jeff, the owner is a very friendly guy from the usa. he recommended the vaccination hot dog that was absolutely fantastic. I would also recommend the chicken bugs! everything is air fried, so besides being vegan, it adds a healthier dimension to it. the beers are good price and they even have electric shishas. in any case, I would come back if I was in town.
