Ummi - Beirut

We had our iftar dinner in ummi the experience was very bad… Im sharing my feedback for your consideration and improvement. Food was extremely cold( soup, appetizers and main dishes). Food was not fresh, chicken in moghrabye was not fresh and had a bad taste. We kept on asking for ash trays, the waiter wasnt cleaning our table… the waiter was handing us the dishes and throwing them.

I used to order warak enab b lahma, but my last order was not good as usual, the next week the manger contacted me she was so nice, and they offered me an other delicious plate of warak enab, it is a nice gesture.. when someone care about the satisfaction of their customers.. keep going :

The location of the restauramt is good at beirut Souq. Ummi is a fusion of Lebanese and international food restaurant. Waiters are friendly and helpful. Food is good and the presentation is nice. Portions are fair.

Great place in the center of Beirut! The setting is simple and clean and beautiful, and the food is delicious (mainly Lebanese cuisine). Definitely worth it for lunch and/or dinner.

A little pricey but the food is AMAZING. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we ordered to go way beyond expectations. The tomato, meat and eggplant stew daily platter was insanely good, as was the labne with toum/garlic, hommus and fattouche. Total bill for the above and water came out to 615,000 lbp in June 2022.
