Alchemy Elements - Bel Air

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We made a reservation and even had flowers delivered. Our waitress was delightful, taking photos for us to commemorate the occasion and surprising us with glasses of champagne for a toast. The food was both beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend this place!

While I've noticed that many reviews of Alchemy Elements mention that it is overpriced, I found the prices to be fairly comparable to other restaurants that offer creative and delicious dishes. Overall, it's not particularly expensive for a date night; our meal for two came out to around $125. With its stylish decor, fantastic food, and an impressive drink selection that would impress any mixologist, Alchemy Elements stands out in the Harford County dining scene. The menu features intriguing twists on familiar dishes, such as calamari and seared salmon, which really caught my attention. Everything we ordered was quite tasty, and the presentation of the Burrata was especially eye-catching. The wine list is also quite extensive, featuring around 20-30 selections, if I remember correctly. Additionally, their cocktail menu is appealing, with drinks priced between $9.50 and $11, which is more reasonable than many other places I've visited. I would recommend Alchemy Elements for a laid-back date night, as the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, just focused on good food and good drinks.

While traveling to New York, we decided to stop by this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classy and relaxed. It's evident that the owner takes great pride in their establishment. We ordered the house-smoked fish board and crab cakes, and both dishes were outstanding. The flavors were delightful and just right—not overly salty at all. The crab cakes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, filled with generous amounts of lump crab.

Absolutely fantastic! This is hands down the best crab bisque I’ve ever tasted, and the carrot cake was simply unreal. Everything was top-notch!

Every meal here is exceptional. The specials and happy hour are fantastic. The chef, who is also the owner, has been recognized as the Chef of the Year in the restaurant industry. The menu is unique and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.
