Arby's - Bel Air

The girl at the drive-thru was very polite, and all my food was prepared exactly as I ordered—quickly, beautifully presented, and hot! Excellent service!

Terrible experience. Every time I order, it comes with tomatoes, even when I request them to be left out. When I mentioned the missing tomatoes, they just shrugged it off and didn’t offer to refund or replace my meal. The fries were overcooked and stale, like they had been sitting around for ages. I ended up asking for a refund. There was only one other customer there, and now I understand why. I like Arby’s, but I won’t be returning to this location.

We absolutely love the food at Arby's because it's always fresh and served hot! I'm a huge fan of the Market Fresh Sandwiches. Their fries are also among the best for a fast food restaurant.

Local Arby destroys other fast food in the area. Why do you get a basic tasteburger if you can have thinly cut Bratbeef with all fixations? They currently have the 5-meat stamp (picture). Roast beef, ham, turkey, chicken and bacon come together to form the dream of the carnivore.

Good service at this Arby's. Quick ordering process and food delivery. The bun on my roast beef was somewhat crumbly, but the meat was good. I don't care for the curly fries. I wish they would bring back homestyle fries or offer baked potatoes or something else.
