Firehouse Subs Tollgate Marketplace

The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff greeted me right away. The restaurant had 3 customers and the staff worked quickly to take care of all of us. My order was taken within 6 minutes of entering and I received my food in 12 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was paying $13 for a large sub and receiving a 8 inch sub, chips, a pickle and a drink. If that's the large, I hate to see what a small is. I was happy to support the local fire department, but the cost does not support the food received.

I ordered a vege sub. Had everything on it. The veges were crisp and tasty. The mushrooms were chunky, not small slices. The bread was tender, not hard to tear thru. It was one of the better subs that I have enjoyed. Thanks firehouse!!!????????

I feel my sub the New York steamer lacked meat all I tasted was bread. Actually complained and was told that was the amount allowed well it sure wasn't worth the money or like the one I received last Saturday. Also the other sub ordered was not rightasked for mustard only had lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise which my husband hates. It was my 3rd time there and brought himvery disappointed with what I got and we were the only ones there. No reason to get his wrong.

I walked a few steps into the restaurant and was immediately greeted with a vibrant smile and welcome to firehouse! That was followed up by fast service. GREAT service and personality. She said I have to wear the hat before I got my food. In a societywhere customer service is sub par, I was very pleased with your staff. They 're fantastic assets to your company and are rare. Iwill make it a point to go there more often.

Have tried this location twice now- first time was this past weekend. Food was fine, but soda machine ice maker wasn't working and the bottled drink cooler was mostly empty with very few selections. I understand that sometimes things break, but when I wasin food service we always pivoted when things happened and did everything we could to provide the customer with what theyneeded. Serving warm soda is disgusting. Tonight was even worse. I got a steak and cheese sandwich, subbing the provolone forpepper jack and requesting no mayo. I confirmed with the employee taking my order that I wanted a pickle and everything elsethat typically comes on the sandwich (peppers, onions, etc. When I got home all I had was the bread with a scant amount ofchipped steak glued together with a bit of cheese. Nothing else was present and there was no pickle spear. What an absolutedisappointment.
